IES Residential is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager in the San Antonio, TX area. The Senior Solar Project Manager will manage the process from contracted sale through file archive for a select set of Solar Customers, working closely with Engineering, Installations, and Sales (or Prime Contractor) to keep the customer informed of their status, as well as completing all of the necessary paperwork to move their project through the pipeline for a smooth and positive experience. Oversee the construction process for residential, commercial, and small utility photovoltaic systems, along with ancillary contracted electrical services and/or structural upgrades, etc., utilizing both in house and subcontracted installation crews. Provide support and mentoring to other members of the operations team.   Job Duties include: ▪ Complete initial customer onboarding call to orient them to the IES process and collect critical information. ▪ Update customer as to necessary revisions and/or change orders based on AHJ & EDC specific requirements not included within their sales contract. ▪ Be the internal customer advocate to ensure that their project receives appropriate attention, action, and reaction to issues. ▪ Know the customer’s personality as to appropriately guide company/managers through possibly problematic situations with your portfolio of clients. ▪ Document customer interactions and maintain records of all calls, e-mails, conversations, and other forms of communication relating to projects. ▪ Be available to work in all reasonable weather conditions in all seasons to perform job functions. ▪ Overnight travel as required. IES Residential is currently hiring a passionate & experienced Residential Renewable Energy/Solar Sales Representatives in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, & DFW TX areas. - Sales consultants are responsible for customer relations and presenting solar proposal developed by engineering team – turn around in 15 min to 2 hrs, not days or weeks. - Company does provide leads, but self-generated leads and referrals are necessary for success.  - Base Salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses & amazing benefits – Including gas & cell phone allowances.  Not a dealership or dealership program – we design, install, & service what we sell.  - Bilingual reps highly encouraged to apply.  Previous solar experience highly preferred.   Actualmente, IES Residential está contratando consultores de venta apasionados y con experiencia en Energía Renovable / Solar en el área de San Antonio, Austin, Houston & DFW Texas. - Los consultores de ventas son responsables de las relaciones con los clientes y la presentación de propuestas solares desarrolladas por el equipo de Ingeniería – tiempo de entrega entre 15 minutos a 2 horas, no días ni semanas. - La compañía proporciona clientes potenciales, pero para alcanzar el éxito es necesario que desarrolle sus propios clientes y referidos. - Salario base mas comisión ilimitada, bonificaciones y beneficios increíbles – Incluyendo presupuesto para gasolina y celular.
