IES Residential is currently hiring a passionate & experienced Residential Renewable Energy/Solar Sales Representatives in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, & DFW TX areas. Sales consultants are responsible for customer relations and presenting solar proposal developed by engineering team – turn around in 15 min to 2 hrs, not days or weeks. KEP a division of IES Residential is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervising crews, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner, depending on day to day tasks. - Make sure all crews are in compliance of electrical codes. - Assist crews when needed in installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, relays, fuse boxes, and circuit-breaker panels in accordance with specifications and local electrical codes. - Performs a variety of supported duties of the job, such as loading and unloading project materials and carrying the same to a particular work area at a job site, erecting scaffolding and ladders, holding materials, tools, and supplies, cleaning the work area and removing trash and debris. - Adheres to safety policies and procedures and safe work practices and proceed those safe practices to all on the job-site.

Consultants work directly with individual homeowners selling all of IES Energy Solutions product lines, specifically, but not exclusively, solar photovoltaic energy systems with or without energy storage.   Compensation: Base Pay plus commission and benefits, uncapped earning potential, possible total compensation expectation $150,000 - $200,000 Hours: Full-time, 40hrs plus/week, varies, must be flexible to include early mornings, nights and weekends Location: McAllen TX and surronding areas   Responsibilities - Build and recruit your team of talented Solar Consultants. - Develop individual sales goals for each consultant under your purview. - Participates in the new product development process to provide insight from the sales standpoint into product design and pricing. - Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. - Oversees and directs activities of sales consultants in your market. - Provides guidance and direction to the sales consultants to assist in their professional development. - Spend no less than eight day per month on “ride along” style contact with field sales personnel under their management. - Guide potential customers to discover their needs and then offer the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled - Work each phase of the sales cycle to resolve any engineering, project management or customer service issues - Represent IES in a positive light in the community and with customers - Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge - Prospect new customers from cold calling, client referrals, networking, service organization membership, social media, and personal/extended networks - Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

Wedlake Fabricating IES Infrastructure Solutions Title:  Electrical Assembler (Electrician) Status:  Hourly Reports To:  General Manager Location:  Tulsa, OK   Primary Responsibility:   Our manufacturing company is hiring an experienced electrician.  Candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years electrical installation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.  Experience integrating high voltage commercial graded electrical wiring and components is preferred.   Responsibilities and Duties:   - Proficient reading blue prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics - Ability to bend and install conduit - Experience with NEC (National Electric Code), understands wire size, conduit runs, and electrical load. - Pulling wire, wire circuits, 4-way switches - Works with 208 and 480 electrical panels - Electrical integration experience with transformers - Connecting and integrating 3 phase motors - Ability to perform electrical tests for continuity - Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required) - Required to follow written and verbal work instructions - Ability to lift and maneuverer components a minimum of 50 lbs.   Qualifications:   - Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.   Education, Experience and Skills Required:   - 3+ years of on-the-job experience in related field or industry - Attended trade school and completed program This job description is not a contract between the company and any person.
