IES Residential is currently hiring a passionate & experienced Residential Renewable Energy/Solar Sales Representatives in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, & DFW TX areas.
Sales consultants are responsible for customer relations and presenting solar proposal developed by engineering team – turn around in 15 min to 2 hrs, not days or weeks.
Company does provide leads, but self-generated leads and referrals are necessary for success.
Base Salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses & amazing benefits – Including gas & cell phone allowances. Not a dealership or dealership program – we design, install, & service what we sell.
Bilingual reps highly encouraged to apply. Previous solar experience highly preferred.
