General Job Description

IES Residential is currently hiring an Agriculture Specialist in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, TX area. Specialist will work directly with individuals and businesses in the agriculture sector on the development & sale of solar projects. Projects to include farms, farm supply, equipment, feed/seed supply, processing facilities, growers, family-owned, corporate owned, etc., any and all concepts within the Agrobusiness sector.

 

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in business to business sales
  • Knowledgeable in Agrobusiness
  • Networked into the current Agrobusiness sector
  • Relentless in an attitude for success
  • Customer/Relationship focused
  • A Road Warrior

Specific Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work inside or outside in all weather conditions
  • Must have a completely flexible schedule; able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Intermediate Construction Knowledge
  • Advanced Knowledge of Agriculture & Agrobusiness
  • Advanced Business to Business Sales Techniques
  • 3-5 Years Sales Experience
